Prohibited content and conduct

GymSync does not allow:

- Bullying, degrading remarks, discrimination, intimidation, stalking, or credible threats

- Nudity, sexually explicit content, sexual solicitation, or non-consensual intimate material

- Any content or conduct that exploits or sexualizes a minor

- Encouragement of self-harm, dangerous challenges, violence, or other real-world harm

- Scams, spam, pyramid schemes, requests for money, or undisclosed commercial solicitation

- Sharing someone’s private messages, contact details, location, images, or recordings without permission

- Scraping, automated abuse, malware, enforcement evasion, or interference with safety systems

Reporting and blocking

Use the report or block controls on the member’s profile or in the relevant conversation. Include useful context when it is safe to do so. For a non-emergency safety concern, contact `safety@gymsync.ai`.

GymSync does not tell a member who submitted a report, although the circumstances may sometimes make the source apparent. Do not submit knowingly false or retaliatory reports.

| How GymSync responds

GymSync may review reported content and relevant account activity. Depending on severity, context, credible evidence, previous behavior, and risk to the community, we may:

- Remove content

- Limit account features

- Issue a warning

- Temporarily suspend an account

- Permanently remove a member

- Preserve or disclose information when required by law or necessary to address a serious safety risk

Serious off-platform conduct connected to a GymSync interaction may also lead to action. To request review of a decision, email `safety@gymsync.ai` from the address associated with your account.

Emergency notice

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. GymSync cannot provide emergency response or guarantee the identity, conduct, qualifications, or safety of any member.
